Yamaha’s main warehouse in Tilbrook, Milton Keynes, is home to sensitive stock, including pianos, organs and keyboards, all of which require a carefully controlled environment. The existing warm air heater had served its purpose admirably over the years. However, in recent years, the ageing system had become increasingly unreliable, with frequent breakdowns, particularly during the critical winter months when maintaining temperature was essential.
